Regarding delivery

Dispatch timeframe

During busy periods or new drops, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and vary depending on your location and the courier network. Rural deliveries can take longer.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If the address is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at [support@yourbrand.co.nz].

If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Missed deliveries and safe drop

If the courier leaves a calling card or attempts delivery and no one is available, you may need to follow the courier’s instructions to reschedule.

If you select or request an authority to leave or safe drop, you accept responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered to that location.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, customs, or other events outside our control. If your parcel is delayed or tracking has not updated for several days, contact us and we will help you follow it up.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item.

If a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate. Outcomes depend on the courier investigation and the service used.
