1. Change of mind returns
We offer change of mind returns within [X] days of delivery.
Items must be.
• Unworn and unused.
• In original condition with tags attached.
• In original packaging.
• Free from marks, odours, and washing or alteration.
Note. Under New Zealand law, retailers generally do not have to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind. This section is an extra store policy we choose to offer. Consumer Protection+1
2. Final sale and non returnable items
The following are not eligible for change of mind returns.
• Items marked “Final sale”.
• Gift cards.
• Items damaged after delivery through wear, washing, alteration, or misuse.
3. Faulty items and Consumer Guarantees Act
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
If the fault is minor and can be fixed, the retailer can choose to repair, replace, or refund. Consumer Protection+1

4. Exchanges

5. How to start a return

• Order number.
• Item you are returning.
• Reason for return.
• Photos if the item is faulty.
We will reply with return approval and the return address.
6. Return shipping costs
• Change of mind returns. The customer pays return shipping.
• Faulty or incorrect items. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs after we confirm the issue.
We recommend tracked shipping. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you the outcome.
If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are [refunded or not refunded] for change of mind returns.
